Rambler

DAB+/DAB/FM Radio

5 out of 5 by 3.

The Rambler DAB+/FM radio renders crisp audio in a beautiful vintage frame. It uses style cues from the eponymous 1970's Roberts favourite; the beautiful wooden case and metal grille complemented by the digital technology within. It can also run on batteries – portable and lightweight, you'll have no problem taking this around thanks to the built-on carry handle.

Sounds fab. Looks stylish!

Great on DAB and FM too! Sounds as good with batteries as on mains.x.

Easy to live with, mellow and mobile!

Very pleased with this radio. It is easy to set up and operate, just like radios used to be and should be. it is small, mobile and looks good. The display is large and clear and the volume good for such a compact radio. It is a pleasure to use and listen too.

The Rambler is a wonderful little radio. Much smaller in reality than I thought it would be but they do say the best things come in small packages. Switching it on for the first time it quickly found a raft of DAB stations in an area where FM only picks up the local commercial station (and nothing else!). The build quality is typically high and the sound quality very good for such a small unit. Ideal for the Kitchen, Lounge or Man-Shed! Its compact size though makes it highly portable and ideal to take out and about on your adventures.
