UK Delivery and Returns


Free standard delivery for all mainland UK orders

Our free delivery service will be with you within 3-5 working days. Your package will be sent using a courier and will require a signature, as we like to make sure it's got to you safely. 

We do our best to despatch all orders within 24 hours, depending on what time you placed your order. If you order before 11:30am we do our best to dispatch your order on the same day, and any orders received after 11:30am tend to leave us on the following day.



If you're not happy with the product you've received, you have 14 days within receiving your product(s) to let us know that you'd like to cancel and receive a refund. Once you've told us, you have another 14 days to return the product(s) to us, and we will arrange a refund. Before returning the product(s) to us at your own cost, we ask that you include confirmation of your order so that we can process your refund.

Faulty Products

In the rare instance that you may have received a faulty product, if the faulty product was purchased directly from Roberts by either our website or via the telephone in under 30 days, we will arrange collection of the product using Yodel. Any faulty model out of the 30 day period can be sent to Roberts Radio Technical for an in-warranty repair. If the product is under £50 it can be returned to us throughout the two year warranty period for an exchange.

Any faulty set either in or out of warranty requiring a repair needs to be booked in at Roberts Radio Technical before the product is posted. You can book in via the customer support website or by telephone ( 03330 142505 ). Once the 'return for repair' form has been completed, a Royal Mail returns label will be offered.
