1. Headspace meditation podcast.

3. BBC Radio 4’s Mindfulness.
Radio 4 now has a whole collection of short and long podcasts to listen to covering a range of topics related to health and wellbeing – all from a range of speakers, health experts, professors and even comedians.
Whether you want to learn a little more about the origin of mindfulness with Melvyn Bragg and guests as they discuss Zen, or listen in to Ruby Wax as she discusses her Guide to Mindfulness – each can offer you a more-rounded understanding of mindfulness as a whole.
